Herbal, Natural, Home Remedies for Indigestion
- Create a tincture of:
A dash of Angelica, Anise, Chamomile, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger, Rosemary and Turmeric mixed with two dashes of any particular or preferred mint. Steep the combination of herbs overnight, in the refrigerator, in a base mixture of vodka and spring water (one shot of vodka per cup of water). Drink the mixture the next say as a tea or you can mix the combination with fruit juice. - Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food, relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals.
- Mix equal parts of baking soda and water in a glass. Drink as soon as you feel indigestion coming.
